7/11 Ground Unpeeled Tomatoes are designed to boost the flavor and aroma of premium pizza sauces. When blended into thicker sauces or purées—rather than diluting with water—they add a more pronounced fresh tomato character and true vine-ripened aroma.

Much of a tomato’s natural fragrance comes from compounds located just beneath the skin. By grinding the tomatoes with the peel intact, 7/11 preserves these aromatic elements, delivering a more vibrant and authentic tomato presence.
